Issue #1- Facebook Marketplace is not available.
The Marketplace might not be available to everyone as Facebook has set some limitations on user age, location, and Language. Your account must comply with the standard defined by Facebook to avail Marketplace service.

According to Facebook, if your age is below 18 years, you won’t be able to use the Facebook Marketplace. Your age must be 18 years or more. If you are under 18, you should try changing your age in the Facebook account.

Steps 1: Logout your Facebook Account
